"沉癮" represents a state of being trapped in darkness. The character 「癮」 (addiction) symbolizes the wounds buried deep within us—wounds that have yet to heal and continue to ache beneath the surface.

Literally, “Sink In” means to descend or sink beneath the surface, but it can also carry another meaning: to be fully understood and become fully aware of something.

Much like the darkness within us, when we find ourselves trapped in past pain and trauma, what if we could find the courage to face that darkness and embrace it wholeheartedly? Would we then become less afraid of the darkness? Could we finally break free from its hold over us and discover what it truly means to be free?
